These services are provided remotely and customised based on client needs.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
– Provide clear, lawful, and complete instructions
– Supply all necessary access or credentials (if required)
– Maintain communication for task accuracy

We reserve the right to decline any request that is unethical, illegal, or outside our scope of services.
3. Payment Terms
– Services are billed on a hourly/retainer/bespoke basis
– Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
– Late payments may incur a 10% fee after 7 days
– Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cheque*

Clients retain ownership of their materials. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools or templates unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce or resell any part of our materials without permission.

We may terminate or suspend services at any time for breach of these Terms. Clients may terminate services with 30 days notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees must be paid.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
